background of the company and the people who provide their services. In our business; compassion, empathy, respect and
the sincere desire to help seniors remain independent is our goal.
Our compassionate caregivers are the
"HEART" of our company. They go through extensive interviews, reference checks and
background checks, including both state and national. In addition, they must complete orientation, caregiver training
and safety training and testing before their very first assignment! The caregivers also receive training in Alzheimer's
Care, Hospice Care and many additional topics.
Our caregivers are truly like no others! They are insured
and bonded, and truly have a caring spirit. We are so blessed to have each and every one!

Our Owner
Our owner, Patricia L. Barwise, RN/CSA is a honors
graduate of Indiana State University School of Nursing. In addition, she has attended Miami University of Oxford-Ohio, and
IUPUI majoring in Business Management. Patricia recently acquired her CSA - Certified Senior Advisor degree, which helps
her senior clients with the numerous decisions they deal with on a daily basis.
She has worked as a Registered Nurse in the
hospital, home health and nursing home environments, with a Geriatric specialty. Patricia also serves as a co-facilitator
of the Hendricks County Alzheimer's Association Support Group, and the company participates in the Annual Memory Walk
to raise money for Alzheimer's research.
Patricia believes it is her mission to help keep
seniors independent and provide the necessary resources to achieve this goal.

We started our company in Mason, Ohio in 1996.
We opened our Indiana location in 2003. After extensive research and working with hospitals, nursing homes, hospice,
assisted living facilities, eldercare organizations, non-medical and medical homecare companies in the area, we have reached
our goal of helping Seniors in Central Indiana. Our goal is to do the "phone work and the leg work" for families...finding
solutions to keep senior family members independent, and give the entire family, peace of mind. Taking our company to
the web, makes it even more exciting for all of us!
